Entering the World Of A Vegan Diet!


I did my photoj project on living a vegan lifestyle. I designed and made many vegan dishes, with my aunt, for myself. I was very interested in thsi idea because my aunt has brought up this lifestyle for a long time. The photo's below show the many, but not all, of my vegan dishes.

Vegan Tamales; black beans, sweet potatoes, and chilis.

Peanuts, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mangoes (shredded coconut)

Mixed greens; beets, pumpkin seeds, avocado

cherries, mango, banana, peach

Brown rice, black beans, avocado, cilantro

Tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh dill, mixed greens, roasted beets
